My name is Phil Spellman born and raised in Northern Delaware. As a Certified Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly your fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and mind through intense training techniques that will challenge you and show you how powerful you really are.
I enjoy seeing my clients achieve a personal fitness goal after putting the hard work and effort that it requires.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During the first session I will go through a series of questions about the clients fitness goals and current lifestyle so that I can create an effective fitness program and mealplan for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-2 Years of Study for Exercise science and Kineseology at the University of Delaware
-Certifitied ISSA Personal Trainer
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
-Personal Training sessions are $50 a session as a flat rate.
-Clients who commit to a months worth of training (8 sessions) will receive a free meal plan customized to their macros and goals.
How did you get started teaching?
My introduction to fitness was through youth sports and I have loved it ever since. The fullfilment of getting my results has inspired me to help others achieve the body that they have always wanted.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of my clients have been young men in their 20s but I have trained a wide range of individuals ranging from youth(12-18 year olds) to mature adults (45-55 year olds).
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I had helped one of my clients gain 5 pound of lean muscle within just 3 weeks of training at only two sessions a week.
