Two months ago I started exercising with Lauren as my trainer. Not having exercised in EVER I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Lauren I knew that she was the perfect coach for me. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start putting my health first! After two short months not only am I pleased with my progress but I am truly amazed at how much stronger I am. I feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I will continue getting good results and attain my goal. You’re the BEST, Lauren❤️

Ladies, if you are looking for a personal trainer who is the whole package, look no further than Lauren Frumer. As I was looking for a personal trainer, I was very fortunate to cross paths with Lauren. I was losing weight but I really needed to put on some muscle. Lauren was able to help me do just that while additionally helping me to be more graceful. She encouraged me to increase my weights while still concentrating on form which was very important to me. I also started taking her yoga class. Her directions were very clear and I was able to follow along seeing improvement in myself weekly. I have always had a lot of difficulty getting up after doing floor work so consequently, I avoided it. Lauren showed me how I could get up more easily and without looking like a struggling baby giraffe. Her coaching methods come very naturally to her. I can honestly say that Lauren has been an outstanding personal trainer to me. I am very grateful for all that I have learned from her as well as the many positive changes with my body.

Lauren has been a wonderful motivator and trainer. She has a great personality, but she’s also not afraid to push you to give your all. I love how she continuously changes up our training regiment so that I never feel like I am repeating the same circuit of exercises. Her variety of exercises keeps me mentally engaged while also targeting those areas that are most important to me. She is an excellent source of inspiration and pays close attention to make sure my form is correct for maximum benefit and prevention of injuries. She routinely asks me how I’m feeling and what I’m needing and she listens to my feedback so that she can tailor every session, day-to-day, exercise by exercise, to design each session for what is best for me. I’ve seen very positive results physically and mentally from her training. Lauren has been my trainer for quite some time and I will continue to use her as I firmly believe she provides me the maximum benefit for my money and time.

Lauren is THE BEST! I’ve been training with Lauren since summer of 2020 and have toned up, gained strength and lost weight. I genuinely look forward to the workouts each week — Lauren is great at switching things up to keep it interesting, while always diligently taking notes/tracking progress to be sure things keep moving along in the right direction. She is extremely knowledgeable about the physiological aspect of the workouts/movements and makes a point to explain and ensure form is correct to avoid injury. She also incorporates yoga/stretching into our sessions, which has greatly reduced my recovery time after tough workouts. She is super results-oriented, while maintaining a genuinely kind and encouraging attitude. In terms of COVID protocols, Lauren is careful about wearing a mask and is constantly wiping down equipment before and after use which has offered great peace of mind. Finally, as someone with a very unpredictable work schedule, Lauren has been beyond flexible with scheduling workouts to make sure I’m able to squeeze them in and has gone above and beyond in that respect. Lauren also recently started training my father who is in his mid-60s and has been amazing in helping him return to a structured exercise program, with an emphasis on mobility and stretching. Lauren is an absolute gem and I cannot recommend her strongly enough!
