We focus on teaching the proper techniques and the fundamentals to create a solid foundation. Whether you are new to the game or looking to develop your skills, contact Coach J for your training needs and lets get to work!

Coach J has coached the Freshmen Level Girls High School Basketball Team (Buena Park, CA) in 2005. Took over the Junior Varsity Level from 2006 - 2012. Ran Summer and Off Season Clinics . Assisted on the Varsity level, volunteered for travel ball organizations and coached youth level co-ed basketball for the city of Buena Park.

In 2013, Coach J transitioned from High School Level to Youth Individual Training. One on One training or Group Training from the ages of 6 to 14 years old.

I love Coaching the game of basketball. Training a new athlete, developing their game and watching their confidence and skill level grow is the most rewarding feeling.

    First session - We will go through drills that will showcase your level of understanding with the fundamentals of the game. Its an evaluation. 

    I love to teach the fundamentals of the game. Breaking it down to detail in a way each athlete could understand. Foot work and Body movement training to develop the fundamentals is key to the training plans I will create moving forward. 

    Each training session is created to fit your child's development needs and learning style. 

    Progression type of drills. We will start off with basic fundamental drills and continuously increase the level of difficulty and intensity as we go.
