About
I have been cooking professionally for 40 years. While theres nothing I can't cook or teach, I am passionate about helping people learn to be self sufficient, how to make healthy swaps and even go plant-based or vegan if so called. I can teach you to shop for, prepare and enjoy vegetables and produce as the main ingredients on your plate, and alongside smaller portions of animal proteins if that's your preference.
