We are small studio that specializes in 1:1 training. There are no memberships at Say Fitness, you only pay for the sessions you use with a trainer. With training, you are able to use our cardio equipment at your convenience with no extra cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a tour and an introduction to our studio. Clients are offered a complimentary trial and see if we are a good fit for them. We then do a comprehensive fitness evaluation that includes resting metabolic rate and a submax VO2 test. The evaluation helps us design a full routiine specifically to meet your needs.
