What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Typically I like to use the first session as an evaluation & I also like to be more vocal than usual to break the ice & get my client comfortable that way he/she is able perform & this normally creates an ideal growth relationship between client & trainer.

How did you get started teaching?

I started training middle school kids in 2013, which lead to my first coaching hire the same year at Trinity Catholic. From there my career continued to grow as I was able to study under some very prolific and storied coaches in Tallahassee.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked kids of all ages from 4yrs old to even being blessed with opportunities to work with Division 1 athletes and some overseas and nba professional talent.
