Since I train all my clients one on one, or on the buddy system (2 people max), I can give them the attention they need to train safely as well as continually progress.
I enjoy helping people reach their health and fitness goals, and seeing the transformation each client goes through during the course of their training.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing we do is sit down and go through any injuries the client might have or had. Then the potential client takes a fitness test to assess their fitness level. We then sit down and talk about diet, and make any adjustments that are needed to correlate with their fitness goals, whether it's losing weight or building muscle, or a combination of both.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified as a personal trainer in 2009 by National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT).
I am required to take continuing education courses/tests every year in order to keep my certification.

**AT MY GYM:
2 sessions per week = $80 pd weekly or $300 pd monthly
3 sessions per week = $105 pd weekly or $400 pd monthly
**AT CLIENT'S LOCATION:
2 sessions per week = $90 pd weekly or $340 pd monthly
3 sessions per week = $115 pd weekly or $440 pd monthly
