Since I train all my clients one on one, I can give them the attention they need to train safely as well as continually progress.
I enjoy helping people reach their health and fitness goals, and seeing the transformation each client goes through during the course of their training.
I would recommend Kenny to anyone in this area looking for a personal trainer. He got me to work harder than I ever thought I could. He was always giving positive feedback throughout the workout, which helped me push harder. He always made me feel like I could do it because of his positive and happy attitude. He was very flexible and worked around my schedule. If you are looking for a personal trainer then you need to train with Kenny. I would recommend him to anyone and all ages who are looking to get a good workout.
The first thing we do is sit down and go through any injuries the client might have or had. Then the potential client takes a fitness test to assess their fitness level. We then sit down and talk about diet, and make any adjustments that are needed to correlate with their fitness goals, whether it's losing weight or building muscle, or a combination of both.
I was certified as a personal trainer in 2009 by National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT).
I am required to take continuing education courses/tests every year in order to keep my certification.
