Hello,
My name is Marcy Grosso. I an an award winning artist from the Miami area and owner and founder of I Can Paint Art Academy"
A small school out of my home. Classes are small and educational with an emphasis on teaching the fundamentals of painting promoting self esteem and having fun!
I have been an artist all of my life but then fifteen years ago I began teaching abc it has been very rewarding. I teach all ages and levels. Adults and younger teens in separate classes from the kids. Kids start at age 4 and up.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students work on individual projects in group settings. First they sketch the art then they learn how to work apply highlights and shadows, learn how to mix colors and apply different techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a professional artist with many collectors.
I was a regular exhibitor at the Coconut Grove Art Festival abc many other well known shows. I have been teaching at my academy for over 15 years.

We take pride in having a student exhibit once a year and the proceeds go to charity. The students enjoy selling art and learning how to give back.
