Dynamic Strength Facility LLC
About
Dynamic Strength Facility LLC is a private strength and conditioning facility that works with athletes (of all sports), Tactical service men/women, and general population. We believe in developing strong foundations. At Dynamic Strength we seek to give the best service that we can, whether that be through 1-on-1 training, Semi 1-on-1 training, Tactical group classes or the DIY plan. I want
to provide you the service you deserve.
I started training individuals at the age of 18 (I am currently 26 years old). It’s been a long journey but an amazing one at that. I find joy in helping people achieve there goals. Whether it be preparing for the Molitary branches, trying to accomplish a college scholarship or just to get healthy for themselves. I love helping people accomplish those goals. When it comes to helping individuals achieve their goals we would forstneed to sit down and discuss them. Secondly I would provide a personalized program (depending on the service they chose) and then we would hit the ground running.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new client i first and foremost take them through a “starter session” which derives of some paper work to fill out. Once they have filled up the pape work i’ll take them around the gym and show them the layout and equipment. Thereafter we will proceed to the workout and do a couple of movements. These movements will allow me to see where they stand in regards to there fitness level and if there is any things that we need to work on to allow the client to perform better in future sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a College graduate, with multiple certifications that apply to exercise and fitness. The certifications are as follows:
NCSF - Strength Coach / Personal Trainer
NASM - Certifed Personal Trainer

DotFIT - Nutrition Certified
AED/CPR - certified
Reflexive Performance Reset - Level 1&2 coach

How did you get started teaching?
I was always involved in sports as a kid and got my first weight set at the age of thirteen. I would go outside at 4am my senior year of highschool and workout befor school. I was a co-captain on the football team and love to workout with the team. I was award a chance to play for a small division three school in Montgomery, Alabama. There I sustained a major concussion that was the last straw of my playing career, also recieving multiple minor concussions in highschool lead me to that decision. I knew after that, that I wanted to be in the strength and conditioning realm.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every age range from young to old. To athletes to tactical service men and women.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure they know what they are talking about. There are many trainers out there trying to make a quick dollar but aren’t trying to geniuely help individuals. Be sure to ask whether or not they actually know the human body and are just full of it.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are your certifications?
what did you study in school ?
how long have you been doing this?
what type of training would get me to the goals in what?
