Cliff Barre Yoga

I'm an ERYT, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), I teach useful, fun and logical sequences woven in a class tailored to the student, the postures are for the student's benefit, they're offered to be explored never conquered. I've been teaching for many years at studios, schools and rehabs in South Florida, where I continue my education in anatomy, history, philosophy and various styles of practice with emphasis on Hatha and Raja Yoga. As a Vinyasa lover to me Yoga must be safe, logical and fun! See you on the mat!
