Yoga With Trent
About
By helping people on an individual basis through yoga, and meditation. Everyone has different goals, so before anything takes place, we will sit down and find the exactly what your needs/goals are. Once that is done, we set up an individualized program accordingly, through a variety of programs that will suit you best both mentally and physically. I am currently a full time instructor at two different studios here in South Florida while also working with clients on the side.
Sharing my passion with others. Yoga has helped me in every aspect of my life, and I strive to pass that along to others in whatever way possible.
