A yoga practitioner for more than 20 years, Ms. Yokel deepened her practice by studying at the Azul Yoga Institute and Yoga Journey of Boca Raton - 500-hour RYT training. She specializes in Yin, Hatha, Gentle and Restorative styles incorporating meditation, chakra balancing and yoga philosophy into her teaching. She continues to hone her craft, increase her knowledge, teaching skills and business of yoga expertise through a commitment to life long education and certification.
Bringing the joy and ease that yoga and meditation create to my students is why I enjoy teaching.
