I believe that fitness should be functional and always changing. Not just doing the same old exercises every single time we work out. I believe that changing the routine keeps you invested in your fitness and keeps it exciting.
I enjoy helping people get in shape. That's the honest truth. Losing almost 100 pounds motivated me to become a Personal Trainer. That's why do this.
I have been training now,more than a year. I have a background in rugby, crossfit, and functional fitness. As well as boxing and kickboxing.
