Hi I'm a RYS 500 HR yoga instructor with over 7 years of experience in yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises). I can teach you different types of yoga and work with your level from: beginner to advance, and from: Hatha to Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and Slow flow. There's something for everyone to satisfy their needs. I'll treat you with respect and compassion so you can enhance your practice to gain maximum benefits. My goal is for you to understand the consepect of the practice, so you establish a strong foundation, and learn correct alignment, for you to have a safe and effective practice. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Check background and history of new students, to work with their needs.
I'll asked several questions like do you have any sensitivities? Should I be aware of any previous injuries? Do you have any health condition? Are you a veteran? Are you pregnant? Why you want to start Yoga? Have you practice yoga before? If yes, how often and what kind of flow? Do you mind if I make physical adjustments or do you prefer just verbal adjustments?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Medical Assistant, I used a lot of my skills on the medical field now when I'm teaching! it helps to undertand more the anatomy of the body.

How did you get started teaching?
I was a practitioner for 3 years and that lead me to teaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
All different kind of customers from no experience to very advance, from elders to young folks, to clients with previous injuries and with very fit one's.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that has the experience and the knowledge that you need.
Try your instructor at least 2 times, and once you practice with them, you will know if that instructor resonates with you!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Anything that comes up to their mind, everything matters!
Be positive and open mind to different alternatives that can transform your life, or heal you from any past trauma or experience.
