We only train clients who are serious about their health and fitness goals, clients who are interested in learning what it takes to live the fitness lifestyle. Many of our clients are mothers of college age kids and older. Some clients actually train with their adult children in the same group. Seeing a client slowly and progressively change their daily behavior to become a stronger, healthier, more confident version of themselves gives me great satisfaction. This is not what I and the others trainers here do to just earn a living. It is what we do because we LOVE it!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
An initial consult is scheduled as a get acquainted meeting to determine if we can assist you with your short or long term fitness objectives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers and myself hold only national level certifications with a minimum of 5 years full time experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is flexible depending on the program you choose but on average most of our clients invest around $40.00 per thirty minute session.
How did you get started teaching?
Too many people were asking for our services but with more options in addition to just personal one on one training. We then started offering small group training along with nutrition and onine coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students from different backgrounds with varied interest have trained with us but the most successful are those with daytime availabilty and the budget to train for a minimum of six months at a time to attain positive results, safetly and effectively.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Get a teacher who connects with you and has a thorough understanding of what you want to achieve.

How many years have you been training? What is your training philosophy? How often do you as the teacher train and are you currenty training for any event or specific goal?
