About
I'm always thinking about new ways to challenge my clients. My clients do something new almost every time they meet with me so you won't find a boring session working out with me. My experience and knowledge is well rounded and my ability to coach and motivate are quite well developed.
I love everything about what I do. I haven't met a client I didn't like and try my hardest to get them the results they deserve. I really enjoy watching people accomplish goals they never thought possible, whether that be a weight loss goal or improving their time in a mile run or setting a personal record on pull ups.

I am NASM-CPT certified. I also have certification in Fitness Nutrition and a Weight Loss specialist certification.
