It is my hope that you hire me because I am passionate about what I do. Helping people to live longer and at full strength is my goal for you but I want you to know your goal comes first. I've been training people ages 8-90 since 2004. My experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach has helped many of my clients feel great and look good too. I've trained elite athletes and some not so elite. Ages 8-90

I love running half marathons. The last one I ran was the Cocoa Beach Half Marathon.
