We are a wellness Centre offering multiple styles of yoga as well as martial arts and meditation. We have a large space that is also available for events and workshops. Our goal is to educate our students on the benefits of our classes and how they can be used for both preventative medicine as well as treatment. We believe what we do is much more than exercise.
I am passionate about being a wellness practitioner Our staff spends a lot of time on continuing education as well as having strong backgrounds in fitness, dance, and the arts
