Named NJCAA all state team in college, and as a pitcher throughout high school and college I can give you the skills set to get you or your daughter to the next level.

First Session is an evaluation, mixed with drills and game time situations to begin improving right from the start. A discussion with the parents/players will help customize the session plan(s) to the individuals certain needs and goals. From there we progress aggressively into catered session plans that utilize traditional and non-traditional practices per individual. I prefer to not waste time and get right to the point in our sessions. My favorite thing about coaching is watching the students develop and grow. Really getting a chance to learn and put it to work in a game situation. Its really rewarding watching the "light bulb go off"...
