CPD Fitness
About
I am a 35 year veteran in the fitness industry and cofounder for the second largest fitness franchise in the world. I only work with a select few clients at any given time. I'm a fully certified Pilates instructor and I've maintained numerous national fitness certifications over the years. I have a fully equipped studio in my home in Queens Harbor overlooking the water. My equipment includes a balanced body tower reformer, a combo chair, elliptical and treadmill, a professional heavy bag and a custom made $10,000 multi station training rack built by throwdown. You won't find a better equipped and more comfortable training environment.
I love helping people discover the amazing benefits of Pilates. Most people think Pilates is Mat work and that's only a fraction of the discipline. If you've never worked on a Reformer or Chair, prepare to take your level of fitness to an entirely new level. Having worked in the industry for over three decades I've come to realize that Pilates is by far the best possible solution for total body conditioning.
