I have 25+ yers of culinary experience. Culinary Institute of America graduate. I own and operate a cooking school for children as well as private lessons for adults and children of all ages. Culinary educator, cookbook author, food stylist and recipe developer. Certification in plant based nutrition from Cornell University. I teach all cuisines and food preferences from vegan, to paleo, to keto.
I love teaching. It is so rewarding when my students realize that they have the self confidence and skills to become successful in the kitchen.

I customize all of my cooking classes. We plan a menu go over the grocery list and then we cook together.
