I'm Joi Dupre and I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and massage therapy as well as creating a space where people feel safe, nurtured, and loved. I offer private, semi-private, group, and corporate yoga classes.

My Teaching Focus & Intention:

New to Yoga? Not sure what class to start with? Have physical issues that have you concerned about taking a yoga class? Nervous that you won't be able to keep up? Concerned that you're not flexible or strong enough? No need to worry! I am passionate about teaching yoga to people just like you! I have an MS in Exercise Science and a background in dance, therapeutic massage, and alignment based yoga teacher training. I can help you learn the basics and modify poses for your ability and/or conditions to keep you safe and feeling good. I will gently assist you to begin learning yoga from a place of self awareness as opposed to self consciousness so that you are able to embrace all that yoga has to offer. I have studio space in Jupiter I can use for the class. AND you can invite up to 5 of your friends. I can provide mats and all the props.

I have been a certified yoga instructor for 4 1/2 years. I received my yoga teacher training at Kula Yoga Shala in Jupiter, a Yoga Alliance registered YTT program. I have owned two studios (Okeechobee, FL & Holland, MI) where I taught yoga, dance, and offered massage therapy. I currently have my own massage therapy practice and teach at a private fitness center and offer private, semi-private, and corporate yoga classes.
