About
Yoga has been my love and passion since I was 18. It taught me the priceless art of quieting the mind amidst any chaos by living in the breath, in the moment and to always find the light in any situation. I followed my souls desire to become a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher back in September of 2015, studying with alignment master, Jaye Martin. I learned how all the small things we do habitually in our day to day can cause big problems in posture and alignment down the road. I now strive to live mindfully in my day to day, realigning myself with every inhale. I believe that every single person in this world can benefit from yoga in more than one way and the sooner the world is introduced to it, the sooner World Peace will come around

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing yoga for almost 6 years. I studied Hatha Yoga at Yoga Village where I received my 200 hour RYT certificate.

What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all ages ranging from 4 months to 75 years old! I am able to work with all handicaps as well.
