I focus on your goals to help you not only get what you want, but to maintain it afterwards. We can work together 1-3 times a week depending on your needs and availability. I have multiple certifications in personal and group training. We can train with TRX, Kettle Bells, Hiit, Tabata, or Boot Camp style classes. Nutrition plans are available to fast track your results. Have injuries, no worries. My experience in functional fitness for the last 25+ years has made me an expert with all ages, no matter what injuries you may have.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first step to to meet and have a consultation so I an understand your needs and and injuries I need to be aware of. After that, if you are satisfied with my professionalism we can then decide on how many times per week we should train together. There will be not contracts and you may end our sessions at anytime.
