First step is to evaluate the player. Get a video depicting his mechanics and breaking down his form. Once that is complete we develope a training plan specifically for your player that will target areas needed to be improved and enhance those already above average.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the baseball world for over 45 years. Player and Coach. Have 11 years as a High School Coach and 3 as a Head High School Coach. My staff has helped develope numerous players that have been drafted straight out of High School and others that have gone on to great careers in College Baseball.
