I am a person who cultivates the teaching from the peculiarities of my students. I have extensive knowledge in the movement, I was a professional dancer, also in self-knowledge, I am an Ayurveda therapist, I complement the practice of yoga with recommendations on health and well-being. I enjoy listening to my students, I like to be positive, creative, I look for laughter as therapy. Helping others is my happiness. The constant practice of yoga shows us a compassionate, loving world, and that is the world where we all deserve to live. I like to see in others my fragility, my strengths, talk about my processes and give solid tools for everyday life.
