I specialize in Kali Natha Yoga, (KNY). KNY incorporates all the aspects of a normal yoga class however, it incorporates movement, mudra, pranayama, mantra, and meditation in a single class. With the balance of sound vibration, movement and meditation one can experience the the mind body connection and being able to help learn tools to use in their daily life to continue the race they feel during a yoga class.
This yoga is for beginners to intermediate yogis.
What I enjoy most about yoga is the feeling of mental and physical health and the ability to share with others. Nothing compares to helping people feel joy again in their life.
