I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin, YinYang, Pranayama, Reiki, and multiple styles of Meditation.
Included in my classes are Reiki Energy healing treatments during Savasana.
I love working with people who want more than just the exercise benefit, but also the centering and meditative quality as well. I adapt my classes to my students needs.
My passion started 7 years ago when I turned to yoga as a healing modality to heal my Anxiety and Panic Disorder. Through my long journey of healing, I learned that with yoga, meditation, proper diet, and a good attitude that just about anything is possible.
I'm RYT200 registered with Yoga Alliance, and include actual Yogic teachings in each of my class (usually though the theme/intention).
I can also provide incense, meditation bells, and delicate music I can play in Savasana if requested.
I work with a lot of students who seek yoga as a way to heal their body and, I'm very passionate about that because of my own history. I also teach at a rehab, and I love helping those down the path of recovery. Anyone who wants a deeper experience with yoga would be my speciality.

I like to find out if there are any injuries or specific issues my students would like to work with. Also which style of yoga would they prefer. Perhaps the most important is to get to know them!

When I felt the need to help others going through the same things as me. Anyone who felt like they were on their last straw, or completely disempowered, I wanted to help bring that light back into their lives. I just wanted to become a facilitator with all that I've learned over the last 7 years, to help show others the way to heal themselves.
I have worked with students in drug & alcohol rehabilitation. I've worked with students over Skype whose spines were fusing together and needed yoga to help prevent that as best as possible. And a lot of students who want peace of mind and some clarity while working through anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Teaching a 30 minute guided meditation in a rehab that had amazing results for all of the students involved. Nothing makes me happier than teaching meditation in a practical way that opens others eyes to the unlimited potentials of a simple heartfelt meditation.
Look for someone who loves what they are doing, is genuine about their passion, and has studied the sacred texts.
