Strength Camp is more than just a gym. We have spent 10 years growing a community of incredible people who are all focused on a common goal, to become the Strongest version of themselves. Our world-class coaches have worked with thousands of clients to help them acheive their fitness goals in record time, and make great friends in the process.
Training at Strength Camp will not only help you to burn fat and build muscle, but our major emphasis on proper form will bring your body into a state of alignment. We offer semi-private group training in a fun and friendly enironment, where we know you will feel right at home!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When you arrive for your first session, we will take a moment to show you around the place and tell you a bit about the program. Then, once class starts, you'll jump right in on our dynamic warmup and the coach will take it from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our coaches are certified and have years of experience in the field of fitness training.
