I've been teaching yoga since 2015, and specialize in gentle and restorative yoga, including breath work and meditation. I help you move better and breathe better. I help you with posture. I use a full range of props like bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to strategically position the body into effective poses. I use the highest quality essential oils and a relaxing soundscape to help you reduce stress and find your bliss! My students love my peaceful, compassionate style. When students share how my instruction has helped them they ALWAYS tell me how they feel better and more relaxed, even the next day. Many experience improved sleep. I enjoy applying scientific knowledge into my instruction so students benefit from the value of proven research. When my students feel great, I find it rewarding.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my 200 hour yoga instruction certification in the New York area in 2015. Since then I've taught yoga for everyBODY, specializing in gentle and restorative yoga.
