We are a boutique fitness & yoga studio featuring small group fitness classes throughout the day. Yoga, Zumba, KickBoxing and Head-to-Toe Conditioning classes along with Personal Training and Private Yoga lessons are all available.
Our local, small business is the combined efforts of husband & wife, Tom & Jodi Milner. Tom has been a Personal Trainer since 1978 and has held a wide variety of personal training certifications and has recently added yoga to his skillset. Jodi began teaching dance and aerobics as a teenager and has continued to add fitness and yoga modalities over the years. Together, they have over 40 years experience in fitness, yoga, dance amd martial arts. Additionally, we have both competed as individuals and part of a relay team in a variety of distance runs and triathlons.
We offer payment per class or per month as well as 10 Class cards with no expiration date.
Helping people make healthy changes in their lives drives us to always be working hard to provide unique workouts to challenge our clients to be the best version of themselves.

Tom began his career as a Personal Trainer in 1978 and Jodi started teaching dance and aerobics in 1987.
We both teach kickboxing, resistance training with bands, weights and body weight, high intensity interval training and yoga classes with a specialty certification in trauma-sensitive yoga. Tom also holds a TRX training certification and Jodi is certified to teach Zumba.
We help busy professionals get healthy & fit by creating an atmosphere which is a fun, supportive community. Our clients are usually looking for an environment where they get personal attention and approachable instructors.
It makes us so happy when our clients come back from an annual physical with improvements in their blood pressure and cholesterol numbers.
Recently, we had a client who started our classes and had a difficult time getting up and down from the floor. After a month of classes, his children noticed how much easier he was moving up and down without pain, moans and groans. Those kinds of non-scale victories which really improve quality of life for our clients are why we do what we do.
It's important to take the time to talk with a prospective instructor to ensure there is good chemistry.
Another smart idea is to take a class or two before making a final decision. Remember that when you are in charge of your workouts, you are most likely to only do what you like to do but when a fitness instructor designs a program, they will include working the whole body including the things you may not like to do but still need to do.
If you have had any injuries, it is important to disclose this to your trainer so you can come up with a plan for any modifications to help you get fit without causing any additional pain or injury. Muscle soreness is a part of working out but pain is NOT. Learning to work with your body rather than fighting against it will help you avhieve your goals and enjoy the process instead of dreading it!
