Certified Yoga Instructor in 2013. Certified in Thailand Aerial Yoga Instructor in 2017.Licensed Professional Aesthetician trained Manual Lymphatic Therapist and Certified Clinical & Medical Laser Hair Removal Specialist.

About Liya:

Liya began her journey of wellness as a dancer and athlete. Liya had slight scoliosis and it began to progress into severe low back pain, and into her neck and hip. Liya experienced anxiety and depretion, due to no longer beeing able to live her life without pain and discomfort, wanting to heal herself naturally, Liya began to practice yoga and in doing so, she healed her mind body and soul. She felt the life changing.

Now free of physical and emothional pain, Liya became an experienced Wellness Council & Coach.

Her mission is to help and share with her yoga healing philosophy, which can have such a deep impact on your life too. Liya offers clavicle lymphatic dranage detox & anti-aging, private & small group yoga & guided meditation classes expertly tailoring each sessions to her client's specific need and level.

In additional to yoga, Liya designs and manufactures her own line yoga clothing. Enjoys traveling, cooking healthy, hiking & climbing, kayaking and paddle boarding, horse backriding, ice skating and more. Liya holds a B.S. degree in Economics & Finance and fluent in four languages.
