What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet with my clients first to see if we are going to be a good fit. Hiring a trainer is like starting a new relationship. Communication is key. I assess their needs and goals first. Then discuss a plan and expectations to see if moving forward is the right option.
Reaching your goals the right way takes time, patience and willingness to learn. YOU have to want it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do weight training, yoga, mobility work, endurance training, Crossfit, stamina and strength training. I’ve had a few accidents so keeping my body strong and balanced is key!
How did you get started teaching?
I wanted to help women be confident and love themselves more! We tend to put our priorities and happiness last. I help teach a healthy lifestyle all around.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with adolescents to 83 year old adults. From cancer rehab to fat loss, body sculpting etc. I also do nutrition coaching with my clients.
