With over 20 years experience in the fitness, and wellness field as a personal trainer, pilates instructor, barre exercise practitioner as well as a health coach, I am well versed and impassioned to assist and encourage clients to attain optimal health and wellness through proper exercise and nutritional and lifestyle changes.
My training style involves:
1. A free fitness assessment evaluation in person clients goals, needs, & lifestyle.
2. I craft a fitness program designed to give them optimal results.
3. I offer packages with deep discounts to make it affordable.
My method is a fusion method combining barre, pilates, yoga, and bootcamp in one workout. I also offer stretch sessions to increase flexibility and mobility and release tight joints.
As a trainer coach, I most enjoy helping people lose weight, feel great, improve their health and wellness and energy. It's invigorating for me too.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I schedule a free in person fitness evaluation and assessment. Then based on these results, I craft a custom designed workout program and stand with them to create changes to their body and health that will form new habits for a lifetime.

My pricing varies depending on duration of workouts 30, 45 or 60 minutes
I offer custom packages which offer deep discounts for prepaid workouts from 10 -20
How did you get started teaching?
I come from an athletic family of marathon runners, tennis players. I was a gymnast, long distance and Cross country runner, ranked tennis player in Hawaii, and have always been active.
After h as being my daughter at 29, I felt this was a great business to get into. I love what I do!
What types of students have you worked with?
Teens, women 20's to 90's. I specialize in women's fitness. I work one to one privately or duettes with two to three people. I work with people with no exercise experience to those with experience.
