Harnessing Seperation
About
I have worked as a strength & conditioning coach for 3 MLB organizations for 10 years. I have worked camps with ages ranging from 8-18. I have worked with the Italian National U-18 team for 3 years during the winters.
My philosophy is everyone can get better if they have the motivation and dedication to getting better. I will facilitate those improvements with a structured program based off evidence based approaches with an additional focus on injury prevention with corrective exercises and biomechanical analysis.
I have numerous health, fitness and sports certifications along with a B.S. & M.S. in Kinesiology. You can review my work and educational history via; http://linkedin.com/in/brad-hyde-a6a71243

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I would hear their goals. Second I would ask them questions about their current abilities and physical capabilities. Then I would have them perform a movement screen with simple body weight exercises and if able assess their sport movement and ask for permission to video and give them a biomechanical analysis. Finally I would give them goals based off their goals in an attainable time frame.
