About
Gabby has 15+ years experience playing softball acquiring an exceptional amount of knowledge from her experiences on the field and quality coaching. On the field,she was a catcher, Third baseman,shortstop, and first baseman. McDermott was a Power hitter in any lineup she was hitting in the 3,4, or 5 positions. Coach Gabby has been a part of the Power family for over four years and he’s going into her second full year as an assistant to Coach Ashton. She played at Nova Southeastern University DII program in Davie, Florida. This upcoming spring, Coach Gabby will join Coach Ashton at West Boca High. Coach Gabby’s passion for the game and personal goal to develop young student athletes fits the organizational philosophies in coaching expectations her mentor ship will be a positive asset for Coach ashton 16s team.
