Coach Mallard provided my son Bryce with quality instruction, which has translated into results in power and batting avg. Coach Mallard provided a great energy environment, teaching my son batting fundamentals and techniques. He provides great communication, a visual representation, and Wow! a great demonstration for a boy to follow. In games, my comment is visualize Mallard when he is walking to the box.

Randi Mallard is not just one of the finest coaches Ive met, but an incredible human being. Laid back, personable, loves his players, knows the game as well as anyone and has the experience and ability to communicate effectively to players of any age. With Rhino Baseball Wisconsin he took my son Eli to another level, and also helped him through the recruiting process. Eli is now committed to the University of Nebraska, thanks in no small part to Coach Mallard.

Is a true professional that worked with my 9 and 12 year old boys. He was able to break down their swings and throwing motions so they could understand the proper mechanics.
The 12 year old was struggling batting at the AAA level. After a few lessons with Coach Mal his confidence grew and batting average climbed after the first lesson.
My 9 year old was fighting with throwing mechanics and after one lesson became much better with accuracy. Randys help with mechanics and arm care has been huge for both of my boys now and in the future.

Randi worked with my son Logan for 2 years. His knowledge of the game and his ability to take that knowledge and pass it on in a way thats relatable and easy to digest and learn from for a younger player is second to none. My son looked forward to working with Randi all the time and learned a ton and improved greatly due to it. We would strongly recommend him to anyone.

He’s very passionate and knowledgeable about baseball. He loves to watch the kids grow from the first day practice till the last. His love for the game truly shows in his teaching ways, my Son has experience from Randi for 3 years and he has a scholarship to play Div 1 baseball at Purdue University. He is truly a great knowledgeable teacher of the game , but mostly a great friend.
