My service stands out with my character and personality. I'm easily approachable, understanding, efficient, disciplined, strict, knowledegable( I try to stay current, if I don't know I will find out) I have my style of instruction. I'm passionate and enjoy what I do. I am always trying to learn something innovative, as I'm still a student of the game. I also stand out with my manners. I not only will instruct you on baseball,but I will contribute to your maturity within the game and out. I will observe and if I feel that there is work away from baseball you need, I won't hesitate in expressing it. I'm not in it for the money. I love what i do.
I am a former Semi-Pro Player, was a prospect for The Houston Astros Baseball Academy in the Dominican Republic before I granted a Baseball Scholarship. I have instructed baseball at the Baseball Cener of NY. And I am proud to say that one of the most recent Yankee signings was one of my(and other coaches/instructors at the center) young pupils at the Baseball Center of NY.
I enjoy learning everyday and progressing in my skills and observations to be good at what i do. I enjoy a finished product. I'm a bit oldschool with how I instruct as far as to what I expect, so when there is an agreement, I take it as a vode of confidence given to me to work hard with you for a result. That's what i enjoy. I just enjoy instructing. When the results show progress I enjoy being part of the process. I enjoy relating to the player, and helping an individual be a better person as it was given to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
ask questions and listen. From the information gathered, I will be honest, inform who I am and where i come from, what my process is depending on level of athleticism and what we can accomplish. I will need to know how long will I be needed and how I can contribute to their goals. Continue to observe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former Semi-Pro Baseball Player and prospect.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching once I starting playing. I wanted to learn how to win. So I took every opportunity to learn how to be a better teammate, student, and successful.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students that either were in competitive leagues... to students that just needed a workout routing to stay in shape. From ages 5 through high school and college. Pro- Athletes, even Adults that play competitively. I've worked with students of all ages in the United Kingdom.

The news of the signing of a former student to the NY Yankees.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for genuity. A teacher that is not in it for the money. An honest teacher to be upfront with you. And a teacher that supports you. A teacher that cares about your overall development... Mentally and Physically. A teaher that can make you feel comfortable and trustworthy. An educated teacher in the sport of baseball. A teacher that understands that what you do away from the diamond will detemine what you do on the diamond.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What strengths do I have that I can make even better. What are my honest weaknesses? How will I accept their form of training? What will be the work ethics? What can I do away from training? What background does the teacher have. Can I actually see the teacher catch and throw( this way I can see the teachers form from the start)
