I have been teaching for two and half years, work at three studios, and manage one of the studios. I am really passionate about yoga, it is my full time job as I go to school. I am a 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher, I also have 50 hours speicalized in Yin Yoga.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will go over your expectations from practicing yoga. Where you would want to be in your practice. What ever I think the students need in their practice whether it be to release stress or to build a stronger practice I will create a practice for you and your needs and an everyday practice you can do on your own .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a 200 Yoga training including a 50hour yin yoga training. I also teach Kids Yoga after school programs
How did you get started teaching?
it start after I took a yoga class in High school that teacher made me fall in love with practice and the process
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages from Preschoolers to 70 years olds

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
look for the teacher who speaks to you, someone who you think fits your needs.
