About
Hi, My name is Chris Adair and I would like to be your trainer. Results are my #1 priority and I do several things to measure a clients progress.
I'm from the mid west originally and have two great kids, 21 and 18. My daughter is a student at Palm Beach Atlantic and my son is a student at the University of Florida.
Over 23 years I've hired a fired a lot of trainers and the biggest thing that I notice is that although clients are getting more fit, they rarely get the results that they are looking for, mostly due to nutrition.
I love helping people make changes. I'm passionate about delivering results and helping people transform their physiques, health and lifestyle. I am what I do and do what I am. Being an educator and coach is just who I am as a person.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before we work with anyone, I first do an INTERVIEW & NUTRIFIT ANALYSIS. We discuss your goals, health history, exercise history and fitness level. We generally perform a body composition test and establish new weight and bodyfat goals for transformational clients. From there, we discuss 6-8 elements of your nutritional program, as well as fundamental details of the exercise program, so that you know the plan, feel comfortable about the plan, and know the direction is based on sound scientific data. Finally we will discuss the time it will take you to reach your goal based on your commitment level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in fitness and as a trainer full time for nearly 23 years. I was a pre-med student as well as an EMT. I I was the top trainer for Bally Total Fitness and was the 1997 National Trainer of the Year. I've had ACE and ISSA Certifications and currently have two 60 our course certifications from Fitness Institute International, one as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I also have a nutrition certification, functional training and a Level-I CrossFit certification . I have also coached several youth sports including wrestling, lacrosse, baseball and football. I've owned two gyms and also had a personal training company consisting of 75 trainers, staffing nine health clubs in Florida.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each program is customized to the clients needs, goals, budget and time. Based on these factors I may recommend one on one training, online training, or a combination of both. Some clients may need nutrition, some may not. I really need to get a little information from the client first.
