I am excited to be able to offer a way to help others learn the joy of meditation/Yoga and nutrition. Being able to offer the benefits and joy of these things along with herbal knowledge is why I try to show up consistently and authentically with each client.
Being a guide with different modalities in the wellness sector has made my journey even more exciting and blessed with gratitude. I look forward to helping others with nutrition plans and herbal recommendations to suit their needs.
Movement therapy and Yoga serve as a great way to keep the body in the optimal condition possible. I find that engaging with various types of people about their physical needs and possibly even moving emotional energy in the body that will aide in the relief of many types of issues.
Meditation guidance has been a true joy for me. Allowing me to incorporate beginners or just those looking to try new types of meditation. There are so many different types of meditation to learn and try.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the student and what their needs are. So that I am able to create an experience catered just to their needs.

200 hr Yoga certification working towards 500 hr certification.

How did you get started teaching?
Word of mouth as well as volunteering in disadvantaged communities and with veterans.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had a variety of student types. I pride myself on being able to cater to the the needs of each individual based on who they are and what they feel is needed. I have worked with young children up into the mid 80 years young with all body typez and genders. I enjoy making it a fun and enjoyable experience for all.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of being able to go into completely different religious centers and introducing Yoga in a less fearful experience for both groups and fully answer their questions about if or how it would enhance versus detract from their religious beliefs. It was an illuminating experience for all who attended.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone in which you are comfortable asking questions or concerns with. A guide that will cater your experience to your needs.
