Diamond Life Athletic Development
About
I’ve been a full-time Speed and Agility trainer to young aspiring athletes for 8 years. My passion for helping kids reach their full athletic potential started as a high school, and then college athlete myself. As a trainer, my previous experience has been with football, basketball, and volleyball athletes. With my expertise in various drills, I help athletes become more explosive, confident and to improve their stats (40 yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, broad jump, vertical jump) as well as their in game habits and capabilities.
I also train adults in weight loss, fat loss, and muscle toning.
Certifications:
Group Fitness(AFAA)
Personal Training(NFPT)
I love fueling the passions of those who seek to fulfill their goals. Witnessing the increased confidence from athletes when they see the results of their hard work is why I love what I do.

We begin with a consultation addressing their goals and work together to develop a strategy for achieving it. Next will be a “pre-test” to evaluate baseline flexibility, speed, agility, balance, and explosion.

I am a certified personal and group fitness trainer with 8 years of experience working with elementary, middle, and high school athletes.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I attend most of my athletes games to cheer them on and hone in on areas of improvement. Most recently, one of my athletes had a big win which was very rewarding.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Seek someone who is just as passionate as you are about your sport! Also, pick someone who has a strong knowledge of the game, experience working with young athletes, and is committed to making you an all around skilled individual.
