Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been proven to be one of the best If not the best self-defense martial arts.
I started out wrestling at a young age and after school I joined the Marine Corps where I was introduced to submission grappling, after getting out I had gained weight and looking to lose a few pounds I found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to be the best way to be activate with something that I was familiar with. I have been training for over 6 year in the art, and have been teaching for the past 2. I have many accomplishments, 2 world titles , 4 Pan-am golds, and many local titles.
