Hello, I am a Nutritionist for 15 years, An Ayurvedic Practioner for 3 years, Studied Supplements, diets, and been on a spiritual journey of my own for the past 10 years.

Being born in India and growing up in Jamaica and living in the USA since 1999, has made me experience a diversity of people, religion, beliefs, and mindsets. I do not follow any one group or religion, but take positive energy from all.

I believe that we all are a microcosm, within a macrocosm. We are a creation of pure cosmic consciousness.

The cosmos is within us and it's our duty and karma to find it and understand it, hence be liberated.

My teachings and coaching are geared towards enlightenment, inspirations, forgiveness, mindfulness, will power, and concentration. Only then we can achieve what we want. All of us are very unique in every sense and need specific tools or modalities to help us through.

I do everything with passion, may it be sleeping, eating, dancing, teaching, or coaching. I have a hunger for wisdom and experiences and an innate self ability to lift others and direct them to their inner nature.

While talking to others or helping others, I remind myself to practice and transcend myself further, as we do forget and get involved in our daily lives.
