Licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Georgia I also provide life-design coaching and consultation services throughout the United States and world-wide. I support adults who want to learn practical ways to have greater clarity about their life purpose and path and I provide stress management and relationship coaching.
My expertise is rooted in helping people cultivate richer connections with self, others and the life they have. I'm a relationship and communication expert and I have a particular way of weaving together numerous skills and knowledge to empower people to create new and improved experiences for themselves and their relationships.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I provide life design coaching focused on self-care and living a purposeful life. I dive right in during our first session and identify where you are struggling and I provide you specific strategies along with compassionate support right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in psychology and professional counseling. I am Licensed in the state of Georgia as a professional counselor and I am a Certified Life Design Coach. My coaching services are separate and apart from my counseling services.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching self care practices including on subjects of meditation, tai chi, yoga, parenting, and relationships since 1995.
