About
We are a Small Group personal training facility (no more than 4 clients to 1 trainer). We base our program around improve movement patterns and making you stronger. In addition, we offer BioPrinting as part of our nutrition program.
The majority of our training centers around the KETTLEBELL. We work with BARBELLS and TRX as well. Using a combination of these tools, along with your PERSONAL BLUEPRINT PROGRAM, you will build lean muscle, burn fat, and reduce pain.

Average membership is around $250/month and you receive up to 4 Small Group Personalized Training Sessions per week! In addition, you'll have access to our Mobility Class with our physical therapist, Kettlebell Basics with our master instructor, and Teak workouts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With more than 8 years in the fitness industry and studying under the likes of Charles Poliquin, Pavel Tsatouline, and more I have achieved an incredible understanding of training programs, nutrition, and biomechanics. Current certifications include:

TEAM (up to 12-on-1): $149/month
SILVER (4-on-1): $219/month (5 small group/month + TEAM)
GOLD (4-on-1): $259/month (16 small group/month + TEAM)
1-ON-1: $409-$559/month (1 to 3 session per week)
