What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them or their parents via text or phone and find out their experience level and what they want to get out of Lessons. Then we look at our schedules and figure out where’s to meet and how often.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified K-12 Physical Education teacher and am a USPTA and PTR certified teaching tennis pro. I have worked for 19 years teaching tennis.
