I became a certified instructor at the Nirvana Yoga School of Classical Yoga in 2009. I have continued my advanced studies of adaptive yoga under my teacher Matthew Sanford 500E-RYT, Iyengar teacher and founder of Mindbody Solutions.

I enjoy teaching people how to better understand themselves through yoga. The work I do is to empower others through their practice and strengthen their ability to hear their inner teacher. I see my students transform outside to in and inside out. Yoga makes the seemingly impossible, possible. This is why I love teaching.
