We are a Special Base Facility for your personal training. We work with all areas of development. We specialize in your needs for your particular sport. It is usually two trainers working together. We work up to no more than four clients at a time and usually, we like to focus on one client.
I enjoy the greatness of noticing the development from where they may have started to where they are present. I enjoy sharing the reason for each and giving them detail about the importance of each move and why. We are not only trainers but coaches and mentors as well. We help the entire family through our Sports Psychology and skilled development.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To get to know and Understand their needs and desires. To get detail information by asking questions for example who are their favorite players. I see and feel the energy through their determination. Let them know it is a process and if they put their work in the results will come. Give 90% mental at the beginning and aging trust and sharing my story and reasoning. Give them quotes and reason behind detailed knowledge. Make a plan and be as a team to see it out. I'm personal. Only the Yrainee and I will be active and develop the entire body mind and spirit. Bring about a confident with a lot of confidence. Become a mentor through our mentoring programs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've coach all areas of school (elementary, middle, high, college and semi-pro). I completed my Master in SSports and Science Psychology and BS Kinesiology. I have train over 30 years and raise my son and others to give back. I have all of my CPT and First Aid Condition. I work mental. I'm a motivational speaker/ Life Coach under John MAXWELL. I layer th sports myself and understand the mental and physical part needed

Each client is different with different needs. Yes I have them to fill out post work need and a desire gooal.

My father was a great teacher as well and I've Tok with top trainers/coaches

All types from beginners o professionals. As well I'm a manger and we have sport agencies as well

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know and understand his worth and check out their character. Is it about you and hat you need or it all the the archer knows. Don't go to someone who deals with many clients in one hour and they all pay a high session
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
To see what they really want and on simple question. Do you have your CPR/FIRST AD CERTIFICATION. OF THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT THEM THEY AREBT TEAL WORKING WITH OTHERS
