Working with Greg has been a great experience. I came in wanting to learn boxing/Kickboxing while getting in a good workout and that’s exactly what I got. As a retired pro boxer he’s giving you the exact same training, techniques, and conditioning he did throughout his pro career. He takes his time to teach and explain things while also pushing you at the same time to get in a great workout. Whether youre trying to better your boxing or just learn self-defense while getting in a great workout that’s exactly what youre gonna get. I Highly recommend him.
